The tour was very cool. Lines were manageable. Views were spectacular! Would definitely recommend! Had no issues with ordering and receiving tickets. All and all a very good tour. Full review by bruth562021

My parent, a Senior Citizen, wants to watch the sunset from the observation deck on the 86th floor. He doesn't have a walker or a wheelchair. But unfortunately, he can get light-headed if standing too long. Are the seats up there for him to relax a few minutes?

As a follow-up: the outdoor observation deck is narrow and doesn't have any seating, but there are seats inside on both the 80th and 86th floors. However, they are few in number and are always taken. My one kid sat on the floor and got told told by the guard to stand up. So if you are a senior citizen, or are having a dizzy spell and need to sit, you could be outta' luck until someone "moves along" and a seat opens up.
is it worth buying the ticket that takes you to the 102 floor or would 86th floor is good enough? I am trying to figure out if it is worth the extra money to go to 102th floor....since i have 4 teenagers
