The most obvious indication of this is the design that in many ways harkens back to the 1997-2002 second-generation model that was built by Isuzu. The new Passport has a chunkier, more squared off design with a flatter, longer hood, slightly more upright windshield and similar kick-up at the beltline toward the back of the rear doors.
