A horrific shooting has happened near the College Park Apartments, Tennessee leaving several victims wounded. At least six individuals have been shot, according to officials, and are being taken to the hospital.

A Wednesday afternoon shooting in South Memphis, near LeMoyne-Owen College, is being investigated by the Memphis Police Department.

LeMoyne-Owen College said Wednesday afternoon that the school remains "fully operational" following reports the shooting on College Park Dr.

Two people were killed, and three others injured, in a Wednesday afternoon shooting, the Memphis Police Department said.

One man died at the scene. Another man died a short time later at the hospital. A woman and two other men were injured in the shooting, police said.
