New York City police have arrested and charged a transgender woman in connection to the deadly stabbing of a U.S. Postal Service worker. According to police, the fatal incident began when the suspect and victim got into an verbal altercation in a Harlem deli on Jan.

The victim, USPS employee Ray Hodges, is being remembered as an "honorable man" and a "great father" following the Jan. 2 stabbing in Harlem

Ray Hodges was ordering food when a suspect began arguing with him over 'who was first in line to order.' Hodges, 36, was a letter carrier in Manhattan.
