The Dallas Cowboys' win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Thanksgiving became the NFL's most-watched regular-season game ever with 57.2 million viewers.

Pickens joined the Cowboys in the offseason via a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Dallas gave up a 2026 third-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick to Pittsburgh in exchange for Pickens and a 2027 sixth-rounder.
