If Chubb returns to his old self, he will potentially push to lead the backfield in Houston and could provide excellent value as a player currently being selected in the late rounds of Fantasy drafts. Mixon is a player I will likely be avoiding in all drafts given how much volume played a factor in his production last season.

The Houston Texans are expected to sign veteran running back Nick Chubb, a move that could have implications for the Denver Broncos and fellow veteran running back J.K. Dobbins.

The addition of Chubb also means the Texans will face a roster crunch at the running back position soon. Chubb will be the fifth running back on a team that just spent a fourth-round pick on adding depth to the backfield, re-signed Dare Ogunbowale earlier in the offseason and signed Mixon to a three-year extension last year.
