Jack Osbourne has broken his silence two weeks after the death of his father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne. Jack, 39, shared an emotional tribute to his dad on Instagram late Tuesday night, along with a video montage of moments with Ozzy throughout his entire life.

Ozzy Osbourne died of a heart attack and had coronary artery disease in addition to suffering from Parkinson’s disease for years, his death certificate said.
