Vrabel, who spent 2018 to 2023 as the Titans’ head coach, is one of the top candidates in this hiring cycle and an option the Patriots were expected to pursue since firing Jerod Mayo on Sunday.

The New England Patriots plan to interview Mike Vrabel for their vacant head coach position on Thursday, according to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport. Vrabel was most recently a coaching and personnel consultant for the Cleveland Browns this past season. He was the head coach of the Tennessee Titans from 2018-2023.
