Savannah Guthrie shared a new emotional appeal on Instagram in the search for her missing mother.

As the search for Nancy Guthrie continues, "TODAY" co-anchor Savannah Guthrie announced her family is now offering a reward of up to $1 million for the recovery of her 84-year-old mother, who disappeared more than three weeks ago.

Nancy Guthrie, 84, was last seen at her home just outside Tucson on Jan. 31 and was reported missing the following day. Authorities believe she was kidnapped, abducted or otherwise taken against her will. Drops of her blood were found on the front porch, but authorities haven’t publicly revealed much evidence.

Savannah has just dramatically upped the reward for Nancy's safe return, but also admitted in her latest video plea it may already be too late.

Viewers of “Today” are going to see a little more of Hoda Kotb. Kotb is expected to continue to fill in at the NBC morning franchise opposite Craig Melvin while regular co-anchor Savannah Guthrie continues to monitor the search for her mother,
