In a new twist to the Cody Roberts wolf whacking case that involved the Wyoming resident striking a juvenile predator with his snowmobile, he's apparently taken a plea deal to avoid jail time.
Under agreement, Roberts would avoid time behind bars but would pay a $1,000 fine, face 18 months of supervised probation and be prohibited from hunting, fishing and drinking alcohol.
