I used to have a lot of Email accounts in Outlook, but am now down to one. How do I force Outlook to always open the inbox of that account (it's IMAP)?

To make backup easier I'd like to change the default location of mu Outlook.pst file, but Outlook won't let me change that file location under Tools>Mail Setup>Data Files. Suggestions?
