The Jazz have agreed to a pair of trades, according to Shams Charania of ESPN ( Twitter links ), who reports that Utah will be acquiring point guard Lonzo Ball and two second-round picks from the Cavaliers and is also sending center Jock Landale to the Hawks in exchange for cash considerations.
