SAN FRANCISCO — The Patriots have elevated a pair of players from their practice squad for Super Bowl 60. Running back D’Ernest Johnson and defensive tackle Leonard Taylor have been called up for Sunday’s game in Santa Clara. One of New England’s returners, Johnson is a candidate to catch the opening kickoff on Super Bowl Sunday.
