After an unusually cold December, Pennsylvania is in for warmer temperatures — much warmer. The forecast calls for highs in the 50s in Harrisburg later this week, and potentially even near the 60s. It’s part of a warm weather system that will sweep across the state, according to Michael Colbert, meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
