While true freshman Bryce Underwood is the presumptive starter, Moore wants to see more consistency and leadership. The competition includes Underwood, Jadyn Davis, and Jake Garcia, while Mikey Keene is still recovering from injury.

While Michigan has yet to name a starting quarterback, buzz abounds that true freshman Bryce Underwood will ultimately be the guy. However, Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore said on Monday that he won’t announce Michigan’s QB1 until game week.
