Three people are dead, including a suspected shooter who has now been identified, after multiple people were shot at an ice arena in Rhode Island on Monday, the police chief confirmed Monday afternoon.

Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket is the focus of a large-scale shooting investigation with police from multiple jurisdictions, including state police and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Fire and Explosives, on Monday afternoon, Feb. 16.

"He shot my family and he's dead now," she said.

A fatal shooting killed two people during a hockey game at the Lynch Arena in Pawtucket on Monday afternoon. The suspected shooter is also dead.
