Parts of Massachusetts got more than three feet of snow in the storm, and thousands will be without power for days.
As of 8 a.m. a.m. Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency is reporting thousands of customers without power mostly in the eastern portion of the state. Within the number, National Grid is reporting 45,000 customers without power and there were 244 outages. Eversource was reporting 142,000 without power in Eastern Mass.
After a day of sun on Tuesday, Feb. 24, snow could return to Massachusetts the following morning, according to the National Weather Service. There's a chance of snow in the Bay State after 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25, followed by a mix of rain and snow later in the afternoon, the weather service said.

Meteorologists predicted between 18 to 24 inches of snow, with the heaviest snowfall coming between 4 a.m. and noon Monday. The heavy, wet snow and high winds impacted trees and power lines, leading to outages. Southeast Massachusetts has seen some of the more significant impacts.
