West Michigan is expected to experience a mix of snow and freezing rain, ending Wednesday afternoon. Northern Michigan is forecast to receive 1-2 inches of snow with rain and strong winds. A flood watch is in effect for southeast Michigan, including metro Detroit, from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning.
