The Ole Miss Rebels had multiple players who could have called it quits early in the Gator Bowl, but they opted to continue playing.

After declaring for the 2025 NFL draft last week, Dart went ahead and played one more game for the Rebels, passing for 404 yards and four touchdowns against zero interceptions while completing 27 of his 35 passes in the win over Duke. Ole Miss concludes its 2024 season with a 10-3 overall record along with a 5-3 slate against conference rivals.

Duke quarterback Henry Belin found himself in a no-win situation, forced into a starting role as the Blue Devils faced Ole Miss in the Gator Bowl.
