LG pushed Android 12 to the Wing late last June. Just 10 months later Android 13 has started rolling out and LG has delivered more than just Google’s latest OS and security patches.

But LG later issued an Android 11 update and then brought Android 12 to the phone nearly a year after it stopped making and selling phones.

Sometime in Q1 of 2023, the LG Velvet will get an update to Android 13, probably the last update the phone will get.

Users may have to wait a long time for the Android 13 update because the LG Wing only recently received the Android 12 update.

Late last year, the LG Velvet received its Android 13 update, and now, three months later, it's the LG V60’s turn to run the latest version of Android.
