Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates has found a buyer for the charming home next to his sprawling Xanadu 2.0 dwelling-just six days after listing the property for $4.8 million.

The property was put on the market for $2.2 million in September 2025—but has now been delisted for a second time.

On an unbuilt piece of the property they bought in 2023, the homeowners partnered with developers to build a row of four multimillion-dollar houses next to theirs.
