According to ESPN's Jeff Passan, the Toronto Blue Jays are acquiring right-hander Seranthony Domínguez from the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for right-handed pitching prospect Juaron Watts-Brown, who MLB Pipeline ranks as the former's No. 10 prospect.

The Yankees’ main focus has been on trying to play better, which they haven’t done consistently in a while. Since June 13, their 14-25 record is the third-worst in the game. Their bullpen had an atrocious 5.16 ERA over the span going into Monday.

Right-hander Luis Gil is scheduled to make what will probably be his final rehab assignment start on Tuesday with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. He hasn’t pitched in pinstripes this year, sidelined since he suffered a high-grade lat strain way back in spring training.
