TikTok in the U.S. has faced a turbulent period due to a law requiring its separation from its Chinese owner, ByteDance. The app was temporarily shut down, but the services were later restored.

TikTok is no longer available in the App Store as of Thursday, however there's still a way to get back on the platform – for a price.
