Regional Governor Veniamin Kondratiev confirmed the attack, claiming that “several dozen UAVs” had allegedly been intercepted and that several private houses in the town of Krymsk and the nearby settlement of Poltavskaya had been damaged.

One woman was killed and at least 10 others were injured, including a 9-year-old boy, authorities said. The attack destroyed an apartment building in the city center.
