An official in Fulton County, Georgia, has announced the county will challenge the legality of the FBI’s search and seizure of 2020 election records.

Fulton County plans to file a motion challenging what local leaders call an unprecedented and improper seizure of 2020 election records, following an FBI search of the county's elections office last week.

County officials said the FBI seized original 2020 voting records Wednesday.

On Saturday, the FBI raided a home in Las Vegas, where they found “evidence of possible biological material to include refrigerators with vials containing unknown liquids,” according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, which assisted in serving the search warrant. One suspect was taken into custody.

The potential biological materials were in a locked garage, authorities said.
