Icy road conditions are being reported all across the Cape Fear region after a winter storm hit southeastern NC on Jan. 21 and 22.
A WECT Reporter on the scene has reported that the MLK Parkway has reopened as of 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23.
A majorly traveled thoroughfare in Wilmington has reopened after being closed Wednesday. Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway shuttered on Jan. 22 around 4 p.m. from Kerr Avenue to Davis Street.
