Six Flags will sell seven amusement parks to Kansas City-based real estate investment trust EPR Properties for $331 million in a deal announced Thursday.

While Cedar Point and Kings Island are not included in the sale, five of the seven parks are from the same newly designated Midwest Region within Six Flags.
