Officials confirmed that five people aboard the small plane survived the crash and were transported to local hospitals on Sunday.

The Federal Aviation Administration has released preliminary information on the plane crash that injured five people in Lancaster County on Sunday. On Monday morning, the FAA confirmed that one pilot and four passengers were aboard the Beechcraft Bonanza when it crashed shortly after takeoff en route to Ohio.

The single-engine plane crashed in a retirement community in Pennsylvania. All five aboard the plane were injured and a dozen cars in the parking lot were damaged.
