After much speculation, Apple TV+ confirms that Emmy-winning show 'Ted Lasso' will be back for a fourth season, though when is unknown.

Apple TV+ has officially renewed “ Ted Lasso ” for Season 4, with series lead Jason Sudeikis onboard to return as the titular pun-happy, mustachioed football coach. No other castings are officially confirmed at this time, though it had previously been reported that options had been picked up for Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, and Jeremy Swift.

Though no other cast-members are confirmed, Ted Lasso mainstays Hannah Waddingham, Jeremy Swift, and Brett Goldstein all reportedly signed up back in summer 2024. They would be among the most desired for the show after Sudeikis, with crucial roles in the story of AFC Richmond, especially if the narrative remains in and around south London.

Rumors of a fourth season had been rumbling around ever since season three ended in 2022, including speculation of a spin-off series without star Sudeikis. Deadline reports that season four will include cast members Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent) and Jeremy Swift (Leslie Higgins), along with Rebecca Welton (Hannah Waddington) and Temple.
