Forecasters predict Prairie wildfire smoke could cause hazy skies across CanadaEnvironment Canada says the smoke is causing or expected to cause poor air quality and reduced visibility that can fluctuate and vary hour by hour.
"Wildfire smoke looks to persist throughout Michigan through at least Monday as winds shift," said state meteorologist Alec Kownacki.
The smoky air is predicted to reach New York City on Monday, and it could bring unhealthy air quality for sensitive groups.
