India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported a minimum temperature of 7 degrees Celsius in Delhi on Thursday, along with a forecast of dense fog.

According to the Meteorological Department of India (IMD), the maximum and minimum temperatures are predicted to be around 23 and 7 degrees Celsius, respectively.

In the National Capital Region (NCR), cold wave and fog conditions persisted, with the minimum temperature dropping to 8.4 degrees Celsius

The Delhi Airport on December 26 has issued an advisory informing passengers that low visibility procedures are in progress. However, it added that there has been no impact on flight operations. In its advisory, it advised passengers to contact the airline concerned for updated flight information.

IMD forecast the minimum to rise up to 11°C by Friday, before dipping again from the next week. It forecast a maximum temperature of 21°C
