Chanel Maya Banks, a 36-year-old Los Angeles actress who in her 20s appeared in Gossip Girl, Blue Bloods and the 2010 Joel Schumacher feature film Twelve starring Chace Crawford and Rory Culkin, has gone missing, her family reports.

Chanel Banks, an actress who appeared on Gossip Girl and whose family said had been missing from her Los Angeles home for two weeks, was found safe in Texas. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department tells PEOPLE that Banks was found on Monday, Nov. 11, in Texas and that no foul play occurred.
