CLEVELAND, Ohio — Powerball offers the top lottery prize this weekend, with the drawing on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025, for a jackpot estimated at $133 million. The Mega Millions jackpot also continues to increase, standing at an estimated $94 million for the Friday, Feb. 7 drawing. Saturday’s Classic Lotto jackpot is $3 million.

A lottery player tried their luck playing Powerball — and netted a big prize, the Georgia Lottery said. The lucky winner won $50,000 after matching four numbers and the Powerball in the drawing Saturday, Feb. 1, narrowly missing the estimated $88 million jackpot, according to the lottery.

A Powerball ticket sold in Texas won $150,000, but just missed the $115 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched four of five winning numbers, the Powerball and the Power Play in the drawing Wednesday, Feb. 5, the Texas Lottery said.
