As Wednesday season 2 nears its release date, star Jenna Ortega has lauded the show for how it champions its female characters. The Addams Family has always been praised for its portrayal of women, especially when it comes to both Wednesday and Morticia, and Ortega believes that Netflix 's own Wednesday deserves similar plaudits.
