Sep 22, 2023 · The watch faces gallery has stopped loading on the Apple Watch iPhone app and if I try to set a watch face from the ones added to My Faces, nothing happens when I tap ‘set as current watch face’. The iPhone is running iOS 17.0.1. Noticed significant battery drain in the Apple Watch too since updating to 10.0 & 10.0.1.

But in the Watch app on my iPhone, there is no place to add watch faces to my family watch, the option of adding or change faces only exists on my own watch.

Nov 26, 2021 · Brilliant! Thanks for posting this. It’s been a struggle teaching my mom to change her watch faces. She’s got it now, but this would’ve helped when I was setting her up. Now at least I can do a photo watch face for her or one I think has features she needs. *edit* Aha! You can also share a watch face directly from your watch.

Sep 19, 2023 · Simply press and hold the current watch face - from there you can edit the current face, swipe right to change to a different face in your face gallery, swipe left to add a new watch face. Apple did not remove this watch function - just gave it more functionality!
