Apr 18, 2021 · NEITHER fixes the problem. iPod is recognized by iTunes (i.e., device is recognized by iTunes and Windows file explorer) but will not synch. Using Windows 10 and the iPod is 7th generation Nano. Current iTunes on my PC is the latest Apple download. This seems to be a recurring problem in need of a permanent solution. I don't know what else to try.
