Aloe dhufarensis × brevifolia This hybrid combines one of the northernmost Aloe species (Aloe dhufarensis, from Oman) with one of the southernmost (Aloe brevifolia, from the southern tip of Africa). Its incurving leaves and sculptural look are reminiscent of Aloe dhufarensis, but the toothy edges of the leaves are courtesy of Aloe brevifolia. The flowers are not as tightly clustered on the stalk as I might have wished for, but the inflorescence lasts for a remarkably long time (several months).
