I can’t do overhead presses right now because of a bum shoulder but if you can then feel free to sub out the block bench for overhead presses. I don’t do push/pull/leg splits often but when I do this is one of my favorites. I like the push/pull/leg/easy cardio/total body split. On the total body days I’ll do my power and unilateral work. I do this split when I’m in a hypertrophy focused block but still want to make sure I get my functional training in as well. #chest #triceps #bodybuilding | Jud
