Broiled Crab Cake Eggs Benny is the perfect breakfast for the holidays. It is easy to make, simple broil one of our crab cakes for 11 mins turning the tray to prevent burning. Serve it on toasted bread and top it with a poached egg. An easy sauce is 1/2 cup mayonnaise with a pinch of old bay and 2 T of melted butter.
