Austin Dave on Instagram: "A 19-year-old was arrested for felony evading after leading CHP Newhall officers on a lengthy pursuit, reaching 135 mph. The pursuit began on southbound lanes of Interstate 5 north of Templin Highway when a CHP unit spotted a black Mustang traveling at speeds nearly double the legal limit.
