When you are busy working around your house, what is your easy go to for lunch.? Sometimes we don't want to just stop and eat because we want to get our project done. It may be raking leaves, painting, outdoor furniture, getting caught up on laundry, or baking a cake. Whatever the project is sometimes we just want to keep on going. Why do we do that? I'm just cooking something simple today a small slaw and some fried rice with good things in it. I hate that I can't put onion in my lunch today but without my contacts anymore, I know I will cry. I have had a fabulous absolutely fabulous time today. I got outside and I have rooted plants cut plants off brought plants in my kitchen and you should see the mess in my kitchen.
