Prepared our meals for the 4-month journey by foot and canoe, and made two of our favorite dehydrated recipes—Thai Curry Soup and Salsa Rice & Beans. The Thai Curry Soup featured noodles, tofu, veggies, curry powder, and powdered coconut milk. Our trick had been to freeze the tofu first to make it less chewy and shred the carrots for better rehydration.
