Franz and Flair are now official PCBP dogs! These two homeless puppies were found roaming the streets together and animal control was called with no response for close to two weeks. We know they are overwhelmed and can’t make it to all calls which is a product of current county lack of responsible animal ordinances. They were left out roaming the neighborhood and one was clipped by a car but thankfully not injured. We said that’s it, bring them to us.. what’s two more? Can anyone sponsor the spa
