The physical fitness test includes a 1.5-mile run in 15:28 minutes, 25 sit-ups in one minute, and 22 push-ups in one minute. The Montgomery Police Department has charged Travontaye Rudolph, 27, of Montgomery with Capital Murder and Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess Pistol. Rudolph was identified as the suspect in the July 12, 2022 shooting death of David Werking, 19, of Montgomery. He was taken into custody on May 23, 2023 by MPD’s Special Operations Division and placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under no bond.
