Parts of eastern San Diego County will be under a Flash Flood Warning and Severe Thunderstorm Warning through Monday afternoon, with high winds, hail and heavy rain possible, according to the National Weather Service. The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the area surrounding Pine Valley until 2:45 p.m. Meanwhile, a Flash Flood Warning for Pine Valley will be in effect until 5 p.m. Monday.
