Here’s a great hiking trail, Linda Vista Trail #49, in the Coronado National Forest. Only 20 min from downtown Tucson and less than 10 min from most of Oro Valley. Super easy to get the trailhead, right off Oracle Road. Outside loop is 2.2 miles, with 450’ elevation gain. Be prepared for some ups and downs, though! Hiking boots are best. Bring plenty of water.
