Loggerhead, Green, Leatherback, and Kemp Ridley's sea turtles' nests have been found at the seashore in the past. To give the sea turtles a better chance at survival, biologists in the park put up closures on beaches. These closures help prevent tire tracks which hatchlings can get stuck in.
