Bringing Down a Fallen Climber from Everest 🏔️🕊️ During the 2023 Everest season, 17 climbers tragically lost their lives while ascending or descending the world’s highest peak. Among the estimated 600 summiteers, 350 were Sherpas supporting 250 clients. This footage, taken between Camp 2 and Camp 3, shows the heartbreaking reality behind Everest’s glory — the extreme difficulty and danger involved in rescue and body recovery, especially above Camp 4 (The Death Zone).
