On July 21, 2025, I visited Mobile Fixer Ltd. at Motaleb Plaza, Dhaka, to repair my iPhone 13 Pro Max, which had a green display issue. The phone was purchased new, never serviced before, and used carefully for three years without any problems, except for the common iPhone 13 Pro Max display defect. At the shop, the staff advised me to change the display ribbon. They verbally promised a two-year service warranty on the ribbon change and a five-year warranty on a new battery replacement. The char
