Its ok to fail. just change the thought structure behind your decisions that keep on tripping you up or making you angry. being angry at yourself for failing doesn't have to mean the end of the world. it means you have to approach the situation differently and be prepared to accept failure and change. dont get physical, communication and get to the gym or speak to mates about your feelings. they will pass. failure can hurt, but it can also be rewarding if you think of failure differently. stay B
